Yes, [your service technician] immediately thought the filters were dirty ... and they were! Actually very dirty. I'm glad that he alerted me to that, because I was under the impression that I only needed to clean them when PSI increased 8-10 lbs over normal. He took the initiative to clean them as best he could, and recommended I get a spare set. Great idea ... another reason I really appreciate Buddy's.

Customer service is second to none. We learned the hard way. We had another company do our pool and we have had nothing but headaches with zero customer service and support. Don't be deceived by a lot of pretty pictures or salesmanship. Ultimately, there are many talented builders and hardscapers out there, but what is MOST VALUABLE is learning proper care of your pool and knowing more than when a payment is due.

My husband and I worked with Buddy Sr. and he did an incredible job with answering all of our questions, scheduling the work and seeing the job through. Buddy personally showed up at the job several times throughout the entire project. The quality of workmanship that went into renovating our pool was amazing. We met with several companies before Buddy’s and we never felt 100% comfortable with any of them until we met Buddy Sr. At first we were nervous and untrusting which was largely due to the fact that we had an extremely bad experience with another pool contractor. Workmanship and trust were the two most important things to us. Buddy was the only one that made us feel comfortable because he was upfront the entire time and stood behind everything he said. If you meet with Buddy Sr. or Buddy Jr. you will instantly see the pride that they take in Buddy’s Pools and how much their customers mean to them.
As I mentioned, we met with several local pool companies but Buddy’s stood out above all. During our first meeting, I told Buddy about our bad encounter with the other pool company. Buddy listened and understood our concerns. He answered every single question and spent a lot of time discussing the job and what we could expect. Buddy ended our skepticism that the other pool contractor created and as soon as the job started we rediscovered our lost excitement. Every day the workers were at our house by 6-7 AM. Buddy kept us informed about each step of the process and we knew what was going on the entire time. Furthermore, all aspects of the job were performed on schedule. Buddy’s Pools delivered on all of our wants/needs and exceeded our expectations. Buddy even took the time to ensure that every small detail of the job was handled correctly and to our satisfaction. After the job was completed, Buddy came out a final time and personally coached us on how to properly maintain our pool and ensured that we had all of the proper chemicals and dosages.
The pool is GORGEOUS! We are so pleased with how everything turned out. There were no shortcuts and no questionable workmanship. This job was top notch. Buddy’s Pool truly went above and beyond and turned our extremely stressful mess into a good situation.
If you are considering building or renovating a pool then I highly suggest reaching out to Buddy’s pool. You should feel 100% comfortable and confident in the company you choose and Buddy’s is one of the few that can deliver a great experience and superior work.

Buddy's demolition crew came in & drilled holes in the bottom of our empty old swimming pool. They proceeded to rip up the cement pad around pool & put it in pool. Then they removed approximately 3' of concrete around sides of pool & put in pool. Next came the fill dirt to fill in on top of concrete, when that was compacted they put good topsoil on pool & area around pool. Did a nice job grading & fixing the temporary path thru our lawn. We finished it off by seeding the area.

Next day after it was finished, Buddy's workers came in and remove our old split rail fence & wire promptly & hauled it off.

We are happy to have the old pool gone & feel that it is a good investment & will add to value of property.
