Buddy's Pool & Spas is looking for a Customer Service Associate who can assist clients with service requests and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Applicant will be responsible for answering phones, addressing customer issues and creating service request tickets. The successful candidate will be required to develop an understanding of service polices specific to Buddy's Pool & Spas. The Customer Service Associate will collaborate with the service department by inputting information from each call into customer data base and create request for follow through. Applicant should be proficient with Microsoft Office. Buddy's provides great benefits and a competitive salary. Buddy's Pool & Spas is looking for skilled swimming pool technicians. Responsibilities include opening, maintaining and closing residential swimming pools. Technicians will diagnose and repair pool equipment to include heaters, filters, pumps, cleaners and automatic controls. Applicants must have a valid, clean driving record and ability to safely operate company service vehicles. Technicians must have strong customer service skills, solid verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude.

This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities during the season. Buddy’s Pool & Spas is looking for motivated, dependable candidates to join our team. Service Technician Assistants will work closely with the Service Technician to perform pool openings, closings and weekly Poolmaid visits. Technician Assistants must have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Training will be provided. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
